You’ve got 14 days from the delivery date to request a return. Just make sure the items are in their original condition—unworn, unwashed, with all tags still attached. -
How to Initiate a Return
Send an email to vertabraeclothing.org@gmail.com with your order number and a brief note on why you’d like a return. We’ll send you a pre-paid return label or instructions on how to print your own.
What Happens Next
Once your return arrives at our facility:
